How to Join the Oregon FCA

Membership is $35 for individuals, $45 for families (a couple and minor children)

FCAO will send you a membership kit to complete your registration.

INSTRUCTIONS

Once you receive your membership kit, complete the planning forms.
Keep a copy for your personal file, give one to your next of kin and send a copy back to us, which we will forward to your chosen mortuary.
Upon death, your relatives simply contact the mortuary and pay for services directly.
We do not recommend that you prepay for your funeral arrangements.
If death occurs out of town, contact the national FCA office toll-free to find a nearby alliance office. If you move, your membership can usually be transferred to another FCA group for a nominal charge.
